Creating an environment that meets the demands of this stainless steel giant.

Outokumpu, a global leader of high performance stainless steel, collaborated with SCOPE and Perigon as the Engineer of Record to design a new 48,300 SF production facility for the post-fabrication treatment of stainless steel. The process area located within the new building includes a new furnace area, a MCC panel area, a bay for truck passage, a warehouse area and a 6,100 SF office area (with a laboratory, conference room, locker rooms and break rooms.) These spaces are all housed within a single story, pre-engineered steel structure.

This project also included plans for an 82,440 SF expansion to the production building.
