Chemical Processing Facility

German chemical company makes their mark at first U.S. location.

Indulor, a German-based company looking to expand its operations, found the ideal site for its first American Polymer Manufacturing facility in Graham, NC. Established as a premier manufacturer of paint, ink, and industrial coating, Indulor required their new chemical processing facility be built to the highest technological and ecological standards.

SCOPE worked closely with Indulor to design multiple renovations to the existing manufacturing building and create an area for future expansion. Interior spaces housing the process area and finish product tanks were strategically placed to optimize production the and economically map their associated piping and utilities.

Additional spaces included a new QC lab, 4 additional storage rooms, electric service rooms, training rooms, employee locker rooms, offices and a break room.
